Nurture Studios is a yoga and creative studio, co-founded by Bri and Luke Luginbill out of a mission to be a sensory friendly studio for EVERY BODY. Bri is an active board member and Vice President of Mid Michigan Autism Association. She also holds a 500 RYT certification with an emphasis in adaptive yoga techniques through MyVinyasaPractice. Nurture believes in connection to oneself and others, which is why we value hosting several guest yoga instructors that teach weekly to monthly at Nurture. The types of classes we offer range from yin yoga, vin yin, vinyasa (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), yoga sculpt, hatha yoga, children’s yoga, and even mat pilates.
Drop ins are $16. Unlimited monthly membership is $89/month. 10-class pass is $99.

At Center for Yoga, Movement and Massage our intention is to provide our community with a comfortable, supportive environment for learning, sharing, and being in community. We share with our students Yoga and Holistic therapy that enhances health, awakens the body, balances emotions, and improves ones’ mobility. Classes are sequenced with purposeful intent to directly affect the student’s experience of Yoga, providing the opportunity for inner peace and tranquility.
We also are so excited to introduce you to the director and a CIYT (Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher), Ruth Fisk. Ruth has 40 years of teaching experience in helping folks reach their health potential through traditional yoga methodology. You can learn more about Ruth here.
