Established in 2007, Old Town Pilates practices the Classic Pilates Method of Mat Work developed by Joseph Pilates.
Students will learn set mat exercises that combine strengthening the core and stretching, incorporating the six key principles of Pilates… Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precision and Breath.
We work with multi-generational students with a wide- range of fitness levels. All it takes is an open mind and a willingness to try and do the best that you can!
About our Instructors…
Rosanna Barberio, Owner and Director of Old Town Pilates received her certification from Pilates Guild of New York, NYC in 1999. She is a 2nd generation instructor taught by Romana Krysanawska, Joseph Pilates’ chosen
Jennifer Hanna and Debra Dawsey have been practicing at Old Town Pilates since 2017 and are certified Pilates instructors after completing over 200 hours of apprenticeship under Rosanna Barberio.
