I’ll never forget my work bestie asking me if I wanted to join her for lunch. We do this Thursday thing where we eat at a new place each time we venture out. On this particular day, she really wanted to go to a food truck. I had never been and wasn’t super into the idea. Why would I want to eat food made in a truck? Little did I know I would be making a guide to food trucks in + around Lansing to share the food truck love!
I really wish I could go back to the girl I used to be before saying yes to my first food truck adventure, because my wallet would definitely appreciate it. Not only is the food amazing, but the experience in itself makes for a fun time. Lansing is also packed with a ton of food truck options. Whether you haven’t been, or are wanting to try some different food trucks in + around Lansing, I’ve got you covered. Just don’t be mad at me after reading this because of how hungry you will be.
