We are so excited for our first ever Mother’s Day Event! April 29th at the Lansing Studio we’ve pulled out all the stops to celebrate you as a Mama. We hope you’ll join us for a day of love, pampering, photos, activities, and shopping. Read on for all the details for our first ever Mother’s Day Mini’s Event!
Photo Session for Mother’s Day Mini’s
Say cheese! The main event of this day is updated photos of you and your littles! You will receive 10-15 high quality images in an online album. Downloading the images is free and they will be high-resolution, not web images! Wondering why that’s important? Often when you book with a photographer you may receive web resolution images for free but have to pay for high-resolution downloads! With The Jones Photo Co. you will receive your high-resolution photos for free. Your album will come from Pic-Time. Never heard of Pic-Time? It’s a beautiful way to check out all of your photos with the option to print (additional costs for printing), or the option to download and print at the printing center of your choice. Either way this entire process will be top of the line for you to receive some beautiful updated photos of you and your littles!
Who Can Come to Mother’s Day Mini’s?
We’ve had some questions about who can come! While this is a Mom based event we won’t be mad if you sneak your partner in for a few photos. Want another combination? Come with your bestie and their littles and do a fun shoot together! Bring your Mom for multi-generational photos, bring your sister for cousin photos, the options are endless! Just remember that this is meant to be FUN! Expect lots of dancing and playing in your photos!
Food and Beverages
We are so excited to be having some of the food and beverages provided by Capital City Market. Come ready to snack! We’ll have tons of snacking options, along with Mimosas for Mom and drinks for the littles.
Special Additions for Moms and Littles
We are thrilled to have Douglas J providing hand massages and Hyacinth House providing a spring planting activity for you to enjoy and then take home with you! We know these extra little touches will make your time with us so much fun and we hope you feel the love as much as we do!
Shopping and Giveaways
We are so excited to have several Mom Owned businesses joining us for our event. You’ll be able to check out Mom with Me, Magically Messy, 45 Midwest, and Easy Life Organizing. Giveaways are reserved for attendees only.

Please note you are welcome to be at the event for the entire duration of the event, only your photo session has an assigned time, we encourage you to plan to come for an hour or two to enjoy everything this event will offer.
