I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter and a husband who works nights at Sparrow Hospital so I’m a solo parent 90% of the time. I’m also a 3rd grade teacher. I love to read (mostly rom-com) and find/create/make recipes that are nutritious and delicious and most importantly- Toddler Approved!
