BeneGuides handles all three branches of health insurance!
- Liz the Marketplace Enrollment Guide, helps individuals and families who are not Medicare eligible find coverage. Many of these types of clients are enrolled on the Marketplace, but BeneGuides also has access to private, full-price non-Marketplace plans if the client prefers.

Health Insurance can be really scary. Statistically it’s one of the top five costs for a household, and the one that is least understood. At BeneGuides, we’re 100% education based. If you have questions about what plans are available, how to sign up, what the cost would be, we’re always here to answer them. We do find that most of the time it’s the mom who is seeking out coverage for the household, which is great because she is also usually the one who knows the names of the kid’s doctors and medications. How BeneGuides is helping Moms to navigate the Marketplace
BeneGuides starts with four basic questions:
- What is your home zip code and county?
- What is the size of your (tax) household, what are their ages, and are we covering them all?
- Are there any providers or prescriptions that are important to you that we need to take into account?
- What is your household income? This can be a tough one, so if it’s difficult to predict, we can also work with a minimum and a maximum – it’ll likely be no less than X and no more than Y.
After that, the BeneGuides Team takes all of your information and puts it into a quote. There are a LOT of plans available in each zip code, but some specific ones that we know are good, so we’ll start with those. We always tell our clients that there are a lot of different options, and sometimes we’ll do a few different quotes before we find the one that they like the best.
Then, if/when we find a plan that fits, we can help with the sign-up if the client would like us to. We reach out to all of our clients every year during open enrollment and help them re-enroll, so once you work with us you never have to handle that by yourself – we’ll always be here to help if you want us!

If a Mom is looking to keep her current pediatrician or doctors, BeneGuides is here to help. Our team always wants to know what is important to our clients in regards to doctors and prescriptions. We’ll show you what providers participate with which plans, and talk about what that does to the cost of the plan. We try to avoid surprises as much as we can!
Dental and Vision Coverage
Most health insurance/major medical plans don’t cover dental and vision, so that will be separate, but we can help you find the right plan. We can alway chat about it, provide you quotes directly, and make sure that we get all of your questions answered! We’re totally flexible to the individual clients needs.
