Tumkeen is a stay at home mom. She loves living in a multicultural suburb of Detroit. She relies on her faith to guide her through parenthood and life, but also uses humor and sarcasm to make it add some flavor. She likes writing, baking, and reading the news. She and her husband believe in raising their large family in partnership and open dialogue. And when the house gets a little crazy, they hide in their closet and eat chocolate as they laugh at all the silly things the kids did or said that day.
